In this project, I had the opportunity to oversee every phase of the creative and construction process, from the initial concept and preliminary sketches to the final realization of the architectural work. This is a private residence located in an orange grove in Rossano Corigliano, Calabria, in the province of Cosenza. Designed to accommodate a young family, the house meets contemporary needs for comfort and functionality, blending harmoniously with the surrounding natural environment.

The residence is developed on a single level, a choice that enhances the dialogue between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a seamless visual and functional connection with the agricultural landscape. The spatial layout has been carefully crafted to ensure flexibility and livability, while a play of sectional level drops adds dynamism and depth to the interior spaces, enriching the living experience.

The terrace serves as a central element of the project: conceived as a natural extension of the living area, it provides an outdoor space for relaxation and socializing, with an open view over the orange grove. The selection of materials and finishes was guided by the desire to create an environment that is both modern and respectful of local tradition, with a color and material palette designed to harmonize with the Mediterranean context.
